Self Isolation: Day 28

I have officially become a cat, and lazy Monday’s are my new favourite thing.

Today I didn’t get dressed until 4pm, a new record for me, my previous latest was 1pm (unless I’ve been unwell of course).

We watched a three-part murder mystery called Stag, it’s available on Netflix and created by the BBC, very intense and utterly hilarious in parts. Starring the magnificent Reece Shearsmith, it has hints of Inside Number Nine and Psychoville with twister black humour and an in depth look into British drama writing. I definitely recommend viewing all of the aforementioned.

Besides watching all episodes of the three-part mystery, we’ve not done much else, besides our usual walk and eating lots of food.

I’m not sure if you’ve all noticed or not, but I’m basically obsessed with taking photos of, and appreciating, blossom trees. So here you go, different angle, same flowers.

We did make gnocchi for the first time today though, so we’ve learnt something new, and it was beautiful. I didn’t take a photo because I was too eager to eat it, but I recommend you try it, it’s simple and really tasty. We used Gordon Ramsay’s recipe;

Tonight, I watched Lord of the Rings for the first time and I ate my body weight in cheese and crackers. I think I’m ready to get back to ‘normality’ now… anyone else?
